Using a mix of interviews with various stakeholders around the world, the film shows examples of public/private partnership projects designed to find long-term sustainable solutions to agricultural problems. Projects in South Africa, Thailand and Guatemala illustrate the typical conditions faced by farmers and growers in developing countries. An interview with a large-scale UK farmer shows how the concept of sustainable agriculture is not exclusive to developing countries. Balancing economical, environmental and societal concerns is essential to successful business and sustainable development in any environment.
